Distilled at Mannochmore in 2010, this 16-year-old Speyside single malt is the companion release to our Ardmore 17 Year Old and the next stage of the TWA CASKS Beta Test programme.
 

Bottled from a PX finished Quarter Cask,  Cask No. 224/09028 at a powerful 56.2% ABV, the whisky is presented at natural colour and without chill filtration, retaining its natural texture, weight and individual cask character.
 

Each bottle is linked to the TWA CASK APP, allowing owners of both bottles to record their tasting experience, compare notes and take part in the interactive blending experiment at the heart of the Beta Test series.

The Mannochmore has been selected to complement the Ardmore 17 Year Old, creating two distinctive whiskies that can be enjoyed individually and explored together.

Once both bottles are in hand, owners can experiment with different ratios through the TWA CASK APP, recording how the flavours develop as the whiskies meet.
 

Will the Mannochmore’s fruit-led Speyside character soften the Ardmore’s Bourbon led oak? Will a smaller measure add sweetness, texture or balance? The final result is yours to discover.

What to expect:
 

A full-strength Speyside single malt with layers of ripe orchard fruit, vanilla, cereal sweetness, citrus and warming oak spice. Its natural cask strength provides intensity and depth, while a few drops of water reveal further sweetness and complexity.
